In Ventura, Alec Loorz is working to show the city where the twenty-foot line above sea level is. Alec is currently 13, and is working with his friends to mark the city of Ventura with more than one-hundred poles to illustrate the dangers of climate change. lightblueline is starting its own SLAP effort to build in the context of infrastructure vulnerability. This shows everybody how much we have to lose with only one meter of sea-level rise.
